Starvation

Thinking of reserving a camp spot for the 18th and 19th of May, how is the water temperature. Or would waiting til after Memorial Day be a better time?

They are picking up a few walleye now and have been for a couple weeks. I pulled our 5th wheel down a week and a half ago, the weather was the pits, with the wind and rain and me fighting a bad cold we didn't get to fish much. I will be headed back the 21st for 6 days and will go after the eyes then. It seems to me that the fishing for walleye starts to turn on around Memorial Day and just gets better through out the summer. [fishin]

I will be up there the 23-26th and will let you know as well how the fish are doing. We had a good time last year over memorial day, multi-species were caught, hope it is better this year.
