Willard Bay Access?
#1
Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone can tell this novice shore fisherman about the best way to access Willard Bay. I mean, I've fished there once but I think the fee they charge is a little pricey to go there very often and I've heard it's possible to fish there without paying the entrance fee. Is that true? If so, how? I've been reading about all the great action there lately and I'd sure love to get in on it.

Head West on 4000 N until it ends. Then turn right keep going until you hit the dike. This will give you access to the south and west side of Willard with no fee.

No prob. I got this in my pm inbox I am sure it was meant for you.

"Head north on hwy 89 past Smith & Edwards to 7800 so. in south Willard.. Turn west.. This rd will take you past Anderson live stock & auction lot.. Under I 15.. The rd will end at a T.. This will be a dirt rd.. Turn right (north) follow it to the end.. Small parking lot.. Walk over wooden bridge over cannel to Willard Bay.. This is the south east corner of Freeway bay.. Lots of fish caught there.. Good luck..
