Got out over the weekend it was cold but fishing was fun for some fast action I cought bows some nice mountain splake and tiger trout also some cutthroat and a couple nice bookies! Thought if share some fish pictures for you guys that like looking at fish porn (;

Looked like just the brush was budding and not the aspens to me. Regardless it looks terrible dry up there for early May. The military/ intelligence agencies were working on a program were they enter the flora parts of the picture and it gives you possible locations. I'd assume if you know the date of the picture the stage of the plants would probable help hone in on the elevation and location as well. Not sure it will make it to civilian use for hunting and fishing hotspotting[laugh] or not.
Hopefully none of that was classified as I don't like being followed and confronted by men in suits.

FWIW, the first photo, in the background (to the SE), there is s strip of light green coming off some aspens. To me, that equals budding.
