Yankee meadow(report)
#1
Arrived at yankee about daylight and the action started instantly. The first fish through the ice was about 17 inches and probly about two pounds. i fished with a friend from work and caught about 20 fish by noon. The fish were caught on ice flies with legs and foxy jigs tiped with mealworms. all of the fish were caught in about 12 feet of water on the west side of the lake. There is about 6 inches of ice and the road has about 8-12 inches of snow but accessible with a 4x4.
