I understand if you rig a senko in the wacky style, you are talking one fish per lure. The hook rips through the senko and the lure is cut in half.
Now thats an expensive habit. Appearantly its a super effective method though.
However, there is a cure for this. I understand if you get a O-ring and roll it into the middle of the senko, then put your hook beteween the O-ring and the senko, the senko and O-ring stay in tact, and you can use one lure all day.
However, my particualr stock of senkos include whites, browns, greens, and other colors that do not blend with a black O-ring.
A black O-ring in the center of a white senko just doesnt look right.
So, my question is, has any one seen O-rings in small diameters in any other color than black?
I have been able to avoid buying any fishing tackle at a craft store, but this may be the thing that gets me shopping for fishing supplies in a craft store. I am not sure they have them, but I figure if anyone does, its probably them.
Can anyone keep me out of the craft store? Any info would be great.
Any of you senko guys got a tip?
