yuba question

i have fished Yuba a lot over the last couple of years but never up near the north beach anyone ever done any good in that area?

There are fish all around that arm, from the launch around to the main lake. A lot depends on current water depth but there are flats, dropoffs and rocks that can hold fish. I have had reports of some good pike being caught there.

Best fishing will be early, before the recreation crowd wakes up.
