Went fishing to Cutler for a couple of hours. Caught one small cat two carp and lost three other fish. Had a good meet and greet with some CO's that checked out my boat and license. They were good and friendly. I have never had a bad encounter with a CO though.

Guess they are out in force for first of summer. A group stationed down at Mantua "checking" too. Good thing I took my exam yesterday and got officialized! Wonder if they've stocked the slip-box. Never had seen em checking up at CJ just at Benson - assume that's where you dropped in. Seen a nice bass pulled out the other day. 4lber.

I was at the Junction because I haven't fished over that way as much. It was a little channel about 13 inches. Have done pretty well around Benson though it the last few weeks.

Glad you made it out and got a few. Tough to predict outcomes lately with water levels all over the place, but still fun to try. Later J
