Fishing was slow at Cutler on the 4th, but I got a surprise when I got this guy on some cut bait. I thought it was a cat.

Don't surprise me none, they're out there, but anything that's not a mudcat or carp is a nice surprise! Right time, right place - there's bunches of them, smallies too, but that's sure a chunky monkey right there!

Well done. Seen a silver flash before and got excited I might have an eye, but alas, just a bass.
