CJ Strike Bass Fishing

Had a good time fishing CJ Strike for bass this last weekend. My friend wound up tying into a decent smallmouth. Here he is, and he was stoked.

Here is a nice Largemouth I caught at CJ Strike as well! The bass fishing is hot right now! Super good times. This guys was 19" quite the stud for sure!

We did well at Strike last weekend too. Lots of topwater fish early and late, and the plastic bit was incredible.

Did you have issues with crowding? We had several boats come so close I could have almost spit into them. Very frustrating when you are working a shoreline and a boat pulls in RIGHT in front of you, less than 20 yards away adn drops anchor or drops the trolling motor and totally blocks you off.

Just got into boise area as my sister in law had a baby and my wife wanted to come so I agreed...and brought the boat. Looking to fish strike Monday and maybe Tuesday so any help would be greatly appreciated as needing a smallmouth fix. If anyone is up for jumping in one of the days I have room as well. I do have a bass boat that is newer so distance is not a factor running on the lake. Thank you in advance for your help. Do PM me if you prefer.

Jacks creek point, my wife caught over a hundred, she's been bragging all day. And yes people pull right in on top of you, it's the Boise guy bass boat syndrome. Just and pull fish from under their boat.

More like the CJ strike syndrome. Had more than my share of perch/crappie jerkers doing the very same, its not just the bass guys. Just the way Strike is unfortunately, and now the crawdad boats are doing it to.
