Took the wife and dogs out to Pineveiw last night for a couple hours of trolling for Tigers. Nothing like chasing musky to humble a fisherman! No luck with the Tigers, but had a chance to dial in trolling musky baits on downriggers, even messed around with trolling large bucktails on them. once i tightend up the releases accordingly all worked well. ( another arrow in the quiver for fall tiger hunts) -
water was considerably lower than the last time I hit PV , some waypoints I had marked Tigers on back in late May were now on dry land - well that's how it goes in Utah Reservoirs i'm learning
Thankfully, the rain held off until the drive home
Humminbird was really lighting up with large schools of fish around cemetary point and in the main basin north of it where we tossed the skunk out of the boat by spearing this beast.
