It never let me down and would cut about 15 holes (12" to 18" of ice) before needing to change batteries. I always took two batteries. The drill would stop several times during a hole drill, but letting off the trigger for a couple of seconds would reset it and I could go again. But the drill is still going strong for home projects.[/#800000][/font]
