Scofield report 10/18

I took a group of four up on a boat trip Saturday morning to Scofield.

Unlike most of my primarily trolling trips, this trip we did a lot of pitching and jigging. The results were similar numbers to my previous trips but more larger fish came to play.

We fished from 8am to 2pm with a group total of 72, 15 of which were 20-22".

No trophies but a lot of fast action and fun for the crew.

That's nice to hear some better sized fish are being caught up there. I just might have to take scofield off the "banned" fishing lakes and try it on the hard deck this year.
