Fished The berry today the top water Temp was 47.7 and down 50 ft it was the same.

catching fish was fast for about 2 hours It did not matter what we were using. after that it was slow only about 0ne fish in 20 min.
the downriggers were down 15 to 25 ft.
Got one 14" Koke down 25 ft. it came out of the water about 4 times befor we got it to the boat.
Most of the cuts we got were 20" long.
the bows about 16"

Thanks,thats good to know ,going up there tomorrow. Last time I was there about three weeks ago the water was about 53-54, so it hasn't cooled down that . The weather looks great for tomorrow last I looked.

If we leave on time 5:30 am , on the water around 8:00 am. Been up there earlier didn't seem to make a whole lot of difference.

Ya, I like early ,just being on the water is good that time of day. just a little chilly. Growing up in northern Montana, not a problem. Will let you know how it goes.
Remember we backed up an hour getting light a little quicker.

No MY wife is through for the year. This way I can out fish her.
Try some Frozen Minnows and white tubes with a number 2 hook
when they stop bitting try green. stuff.
