Yes it is very thin yet with a small open hole in the NW corner. I was going to put a tease out there and when I drove by it was actually mostly frozen over so it doesn't seem cold enough to put a full up freeze on yet so please be careful I don't think it will be fishable ice in three days like the last two years, but who knows. Anyway I know that pond is the one us low altitude commoners consider the first ice pond of the year so wanted to let the anxious know. Later J

3-4" of ice is good enough for me [] and for sure the snow storm might delay it even more.

Yup those warmer temps will probably clear it off but we know its close now so the next cold behind the storm will likely do the job. Later J
