Huntington Resevoir (Mammoth)

Has anyone been up to Huntington ice fishing recently? Thinking about heading up this weekend but wondering on the ice conditions and what the fish are hitting. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Scofield as well please. Thanks

Ice should be alright on scofield still but for sure it's going too be sketchy. Even last week was not that friendly. At scofield the thickest ice will be on the north side or south west side. I'm pretty sure that the dam isn't that safe anymore for how open it was at the end of the gully last week. Last thing I hear for Huntington that lake had only 4" of ice about 30 or so ft away from shore so that place wouldn't be safe especially with it being constantly in the 40's as high then only low of 28. Hope that helps out.

Make sure you got ice cleats, ice picks, long rope, and a partner with you.
