Can anyone tell me if Gus Rich point on bear lake is accessible by land, or if it is private property that should be avoided.

It's accessable by foot if you stay below the high water mark, but its kind of a long walk. 1/3 mile maybe or more. The parking would be immediately to the south of Gus rich point.
