Semi safe at Panguitch

Well went to panguitch today, really slow compared to last year where I could catch 20 Cutts in an hour every time I went. About 3 inches of ice closer to shore and 2 when walking further out, that's when it started to crack and get pretty sketchy (not growing cracks). I caught 3 fish and had quite a few bites where they wouldn't commit. I would recommend right now to stay closer to the coves where the ice is thicker.

Thanks for sharing your report and pics with us, we sure don't get many from Panguitch. Those a couple of nice fish. Was there anyone else there on the ice fishing?

Yeah there was about 15 people there, hope the ice thickeno this week.
