Otter Creek Fishing

I decided it was time to head to Otter Creek and try to catch a few big fat rainbows. When we got there on Saturday it was 18 degrees, but the whole lake was wide open. Some ice was trying to form, but the wind blew it all off. If you are planning on ice fishing Otter Creek it is still going to be awhile.

Fishing from shore was slow, but I managed to catch a few 2 of which were the fatties I was looking for.

Hoping its freezes over soon!

Thanks for the report. Was hoping it was at least iced over. Was considering ice fishing Otter Creek for New Years' Day.
