im a day late and a dollar short in timing but here it is. went to cc on new years day and boy was it awesome!!!! we started fishing at 10 am and left at 1 pm for the berry. while at cc we caught 8 tigers and 4 cutthroats and missed a lot of others.
at the berry we fished chicken creek east ice was 3" on the tape measure. we fished for maybe an hour with fish on the screen all the time missed a few and then we both caught one huge 3 pound rainbow.

great report.....How is the walk from where you park to the lake at CC?

The walk isn't bad till you try to come up the dam it's a little of up hill climb. There is also a little bit of slush on the ice in places but not a lot
