Pump house question

now that the construction is done at the pump house can you still access it from the rc airport parking lot. I know this is been a question the past couple years but I just can't remember.

The last time I was over there the walk in access was no more. I had to go over by the inlet park and walk over from that side.

You have to park by the dam and walk. That road by the house is private property.
