We were up there today too. It was really slow in the morning and picked up just a little around lunch. All in all my kids had a fun time. The ice cracked right under us in our tent and that was a little freeky. When we left at 2:30 our car said it was 40 degrees. Nice day.

Slow for us too. Fished chicken creek east from 6 until 4. Between the two of us we only caught 4 rainbows and only had a few bumps. 6" of good ice tho.

The berry was far from slow today for my buddy and I. We caught over 25 and every fish was between 18 and 22". Probably lost another 15 to 20. Two rainbows that were both nice. Had one over the slot. Fishing was hot all day long. Watched a guy fall through the ice trying to walk across a pressure ridge...luckily he only went to his waste. Ice was 8" everywhere else. The second photo is a fish from last year but the first one was from today.

We also fished just passed the ladders and had a great day. We fished just under 5 hours and caught 25-30 fish. Smallest was a 17" bow and we had 3 cuts over the slot. Seems most are fishing shallow. We fished over 40 ft of water on 5" of ice and caught most of the fish at 20 feet. Ironically 2 of the slot busters were right under the ice though.
