Hey Everyone,

I'm new to the forum, started reading the posts this year and everyone seems to be really nice and helpful so i decided to join so i can give tips when i can and hopefully learn some new things too! I am just getting into ice fishing this year and would love to take the wife out somewhere this weekend. What are some good lakes for faster ice fishing?

All I can say is go fish in the high elevation where it's been snowing all day from today not rain because it can be pretty sketchy at a few place. Strawberry has been doing good if you know where to go but I haven't been fishing for a while and sure ly wont be getting out till next weekend.

If you got the money invest in a flasher for sure.

You never mentioned where you live, but Fish Lake is a good choice for likely fast catching.

I would try the berry by the marina.

Yeah that's probably our best option looking at the reports. I'm headed to sportsmans this week to pick up a few poles.
