Vernon Reservoir soft or hard deck?

Anyone been to Vernon lately? I would love to catch an elusive Brown out there? Not sure it the deck is hard or soft, and I have never been in the winter. Hoping for solitude too!

We fished up there January 3rd and had 4 inches of ice. The edges were good but the pressure cracks were spooky and there was open water where the Bennion Creek pipeline comes in on the west side. We stayed 3 hours and never caught a fish. But it was sure fun trying. Weather warmed up some but has been cold the last 2 nights. Good luck to ya if ya come try it.
