Is it legal to fish Pineview during the night?

Yes, it is legal to fish it at night just as it is legal to fish all the other lakes in the state at night.

I'm not aware of any specific regulation against it. The guidebook doesn't mention anything either.

Yes, and the fishing can be good for the crappie but it gets colder than $$$$ after the sun goes down.

The beach at cemetery point says it closes at ten. Are you allowed to park there after hours during the winter?

yes it is, and the fishing is good with green and glow ratfinkees and ratsos tipped with wax worms. we fish right in on the docks at night and it was pretty good fishing. it was so warm the other day that we didn't even have all of our warm clothes on! haha! the only time it got cold was in the morning around 8 and when the wind picked up at night. at nihgt tho our holes never started to freeze up!
