Road to Birch Creek
#1
I know that the paved road will be good up to the turn off, I am just not sure about the dirt road to the dam? If anyone has been up that way, any information would be great!

I was there on Saturday in my Sentra and access to the dam was just fine. There are some areas covered with packed snow/ice, but they were easily navigated.

The fishing sucked though![laugh]

I got SKUNKED after 12+ holes and 9+ hrs of punishment.

My buddy got a couple of 17" rainbows after 8hrs though.

Cliff area, middle of dam, and on the south side is where we fished.

Should have packed up and tried across the street at Woodruff.

Probably. No telling on that road though. Even with a mild winter, that road gets pretty good drifts.

...Not to mention, I've still NEVER caught a fish from Woodruff. Missed a bite once. I'll have to dedicate a whole day to it, when I can hike/kick to the better area.
