I saw a guy catch one on a mussel last sunday by the harbor. I do believe that's the common shorefishing bait this time of year; good luck.

There was a guy posting on a facebook page today from the shore. Looks to me like he was on the south side or the south west corner. good luck.

fished willard for a few hours tonight by the spillway. I've never caught a wiper or a walleye so I tried there and no luck. My buddy caught a 20 inch cat and thats it. There were ten other people fishing and we only saw one other fish caught. When we were walking up though some people were leaving and said they caught wipers with muscles in the afternoon.
