I had the same thought about the cold front but I decided friday is the lesser evil between the front vs. more boats on saturday.

I would say that the more important issue is that until the shad population explodes, the fish are pounding anything that resembles food.

Evident by the numbers we caught during the full moon last week when normally I would stay away.

Better enjoy it while it lasts is my motto at the moment. I'll chase the trout when the wiper and walleye fishing slows down but until then Mistress Bay... GAME ON!!!

Just watched the weather forecast and it is not suppose to get as cold tonight as originally predicted. I will be on the water but it will be a bit later than most of you. I forgot the wife's turkey hunt opens Sat. so tomorrow is a better day for me.

I sure hope to be there tomorrow, I'm flipping the coin between there and the Gorge. I agree with hitting it while it's Hot! With the current water levels I wonder how long it will even be fishable? I better decide soon! I fear commitment [crazy]
