Cleveland or Huntington?

I have heard that it is ice off at Scofield, however I was wondering if the same could be said of some of the lakes up Fairview Canyon, particularly Cleveland or Huntington reservoirs. I will be busting out the float tube and figured that would be my best bet for my schedule

As of last Tuesday Electric was completely capped except for where the bubble up is on the north end. Heard a report that Huntington and Cleavland were as well, but they could be opening up by now.
