Here's an excerpt from Utah's DNR site.
http://wildlife.utah.gov/fishing-in-utah...ebook.html
"Upper and Lower Enterprise reservoirs: The daily bag limit for trout has been raised to eight (8) at Upper and Lower Enterprise reservoirs. Due to extremely poor snowpack and low water levels, Lower Enterprise Reservoir will be drained during early summer 2015 for irrigation needs. In addition, all but the small 200 acre-feet conservation pool owned by the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources will be drained from Upper Enterprise Reservoir. The emergency changes to harvest limits are intended to allow anglers to utilize trout stocked in these reservoirs before they are lost. These changes are effective April 14, 2015 and will remain in effect until January 1, 2016. All other rules, established in the 2015 Utah Fishing Guidebook, remain in effect."
Already starting to see the effects of a low water year. Here's to hoping this current storm system is dumping all sorts of snow on our mountains for the year.
