Kudos to N. ut. water flow guys
#1
Just felt I had to give some kudos to these guys, who ever is responsible for water flow out of the res.s. They seem to be doing an exceptional job. They haven't been wasting water for irrigation and other needs (not like other years) for the last several months with the wet whether we've been having. etc, and have reduced the flow dramatically, (especially the Weber) I assume to conserve what little water we have. +1 on that. One need only to look at Nev and Cal's situations to know what a good job they have been doing.

We all need to also do our part - conserve however/wherever you can.

Good post, Leaky.
Also a good reminder to all of us to conserve all the water that we can.
Not only in drought years but as a part of our normal lives.

The days of plenty of water for everyone in Utah have long gone.
We have simply outgrown our supply.

Well said. We have indeed outgrown our limited supply, as the influx of migrants continue.

Resources like water will be proven to be more than its weight in gold.

or the guy in charge of Jordanelle. Why not keep the water higher up in the system, rather than send it down to Deer Creek with the mussels.
