+1 on that. One need only to look at Nev and Cal's situations to know what a good job they have been doing.
We all need to also do our part - conserve however/wherever you can.

Also a good reminder to all of us to conserve all the water that we can.
Not only in drought years but as a part of our normal lives.
The days of plenty of water for everyone in Utah have long gone.
We have simply outgrown our supply.

Well said. We have indeed outgrown our limited supply, as the influx of migrants continue.

or the guy in charge of Jordanelle. Why not keep the water higher up in the system, rather than send it down to Deer Creek with the mussels.

I haven't been on Willard for a couple weeks but some of my buddies that fish it said that the water level is dropping there maybe as much as 8 to 10 inches in the past week or so.......[:/]
