With the early Spring, is the carp spawn going to start earlier this year? Or at all? I went down to LB last year and didn't see one single carp!

never had any experience willingly fishing for carp but I think it might be something I would enjoy can anyone offer me any tips ?

I basically fish for them in the Jordan River. About two weeks ago there were going nuts.
This week has tapered off big time but see groups of them is slower water.\
I think the Spawn came way early.
