Is Blackridge Reservoir in Herriman closed to fishing?

It was listed as a community fishery until this year. It looks like it wasn't ever stocked. Every article I can find on Google was written 5 years ago.

went through this same dilemma a couple weeks ago googling like a mad man trying to find that answer, I don't think there's any fish in it and it's just used as a fun "beach" for people to bring their kids
