Huntington motor regs?

Have the regs. been changed at Huntington(Mammoth) regarding motor size. As I recall it had to be smaller than 10 hp.
The current guidebook does not say anything about this now.
There is a guy at work that was complaining about the size restriction last week. He said "I'm going to pull the prop. off my big motor and use the kicker up there this summer."
The way I see it he won't have to.

If you go up to Hunington, there is a small sign as you go down to the boat ramp... 10 horse is it...wish they would just change it to wake less speeds only. That would make more sense.[crazy]
