State Perk Season Pass
#1
Just realized my state parks pass is going to expire in a week. Can I buy a new one at a state park like Willard or East Canyon or should I just get it online like I did last year?

Yes you can buy them at any state park facility including the DNR building on north temple and redwood.

I got my last 2 at Willard. Last one at the gate and the year before at the Office just outside the gate.

They all have them. And, once you hit 62 like I did this year, they are only $35!!! Yes-more time to use it and less cost to buy it. Pass the word.

Got 2 more years before I can do that.....

.But HD7000, I usually just get them on line. You can do it 24 / 7 and use a credit card or debit card. You can print out a temp pass that will be good while you wait for new one in the mail. And I have hit the park gates a couple times with a expired pass planning to buy one that day, and either no one in the gate, or they were out of them, or they couldn't take my card and I didn't have the $75 cash.

Not only can you print out a temporary pass when buying online, but they are extremely quick about mailing them. I bought mine this year on a Wednesday and had the hard copy one in the mail Friday.
