Crawfish crank colors?

What colors have people found to be the best in Utah? I would assume brown, but am I right? I had a brown and orange rapala that was slaying the rainbows at Flaming gorge until I lost it. I have had little luck with red. Some of the rapalas are purple on top. What's up with that?

Brown with an orange belly has been good for me in crayfish waters.

Spring craw. Orange and green. I have several Normans and Pose cranks that kill certain times of the year. You would think that spring craw would only work during the spring but it's good all year. I have had success with green/red lipless cranks in the fall as well. It may seem counter intuitive but the more natural brownish craw cranks have not been as good to me.
