Finally bad day on the Weeb - 5/29

Got there about 2 as usual, and river at 1.2 scf. Good right? Nope , chocolate. Any way caught 1 couldn't tell what i was doing in my holes and decided that 1 was enough for dinner - 17 " brown. 1 1/2 hrs fishing. Met the cow guy and he informed me that the water was shut off because of a leak in the line below the damn and was being repaired. No water for them until fixed! When???? Thus the muddy water. About 3 mi below it was clear. Obviously I was in the wrong area. Oh well, have to lose some! :-x Rusty had a good time. []

Just a bitch comment. For me, it gets very discouraging to have low flow and can't see the bottom. It becomes just cast and retrieve w/o any fines!!! That's why I quit after a hr an played with Rusty. I did get lucky to catch dinner which was all that I needed. []
