I was wondering the same thing. I haven't been there for a few years now, but I used to cast net a ton of them jut off the boat ramp at soldier creek.
If anyone has seen the schools of them cruising the shallows by the boat ramps, please chime in. I need some bait, but I live about 3 1/2 hours away so I would hate to waste my time.

They are there now! Huge schools off the docks, guys were filling throw nets with each throw.
