I have one very similar to that i have tried it several times when fishing for bass but never had any luck with it. but one never knows, try it and see.

i have used them for quite awhile now on crappie bluegill and perch for micro cranks when they are actively feeding. alot of fun.

Thanks for the comments, I was just wondering how this little guy would be tied on the end of my fly pole.

im not sure on a flyrod. it would be hard to get the proper action out of it unless you strip real fast. could be possible. that and the added weight for casting might feel uncomfortable unless your use to casting with weight on. either way they do work great on pan fish and im sure in other situations also ive always used them for the latter.
