Hoping for a carp

Hoping to catch a carp or 2 last night with dough balls or worms, no love from the carp but the cats where loving the worms.
AF 8:30 til midnight on the lake side, kept 3 muds and 5 channels.
Best fight of the night came off at the shore, snell came untied from the hook.
If you catch one with a big stainless steel #5 hanging on his lip contact me and I'll come pick it up.

Nice haul of cats gripy, looks like some good eating there. Did the catching get better as it got later?

The bite did seem to get better after dark but I couldn't get them to hold on all the way in, had 4 that where fighting hard and then where gone.
