Does any one Know?

Does any one Know if there is a sunken island off of the view area on 40 at Strawberry. Or can someone look at there strawberry map and see if its there. I have heard that there is one and before I stumble around in the dark I would like to make sure that it is really there. Any help would be great, thanks

Back at Labor Day we were trolling in an area over there (not too far from the ladders -- I think a bit West of the Ladders) and usually there is a submerged island but now it's way out of the water because the level has dropped so much the last couple of years.

Thanks for the reply cat_man. I think I know which one that you mean. I was thinking more east near the view area.

Sage Creek Bay has some structure . It is more of a point , but has a higher point on the end that is underwater with rocks on the west side . I always done good around that view area . Sage Creek Bay is to the east of the view area .

I keep forgetting to post that I drug out my Strawberry map, and there was nothing on the map that resembled a sunken island off of the view area.
