Gorge w/Dad & My Sweety

Fished the Wyo side of the Gorge today with my Dad and my sweety. The lady out fished us again. She has a habit of doing that. Ended up with 6 nice kokes 2 breaking the 4lb mark. Also caught a few laker pups and a burbot. Always grateful for Dad taking me fishing when I was a kid. Its nice to take him now. The weather was as beautiful as my Girl.

How did you catch the burbot? I've never really fished for them but want to next trip I take. [signature]

Yes my ladies are good at out fishing me as well. One has a knack of making knots in the line and then handing it to me so that I get distracted too.[

Looks like you did well. What area were you fishing? We were there in the middle of the week and was disappointed with the success we had on kokes, caught quite a few small Mack. We didn't really see anybody hauling them in. We went in at anvil.

those are some giant kokes , how did you catch the burbot?

Caught the burbot jigging for lakers. These fish were caught in the ranch area.
