Thanks for the tip. Moving forward instead of asking questions on a forum to help to promote discussion I will just lurk and then go to google for any questions I have.

Seems just the opposite of what these boards are intended for.

I watched a you tube video on tying the Christmas tree. Looks more like a novelty item than an actual usable fly.

That thing is NOT the christmas tree he is talking about. It is just a wooly bugger tied with olive/red variegated chenille.
