Starvation report
#1
Us two old farts, made out way to Starvation as recommended. Had a great time. Fat Fat rainbows. Had one for dinner last night, yummy tasting. No mossiness.
Largest was 18 inches. Probably 2 pounds. Landed a total of 6, 3 each. Lost 4.

NO ONE mentioned that fishing was over at noon, due to hurricane force winds.

Had great time, rode down to the inlet to see it, and by the way it comes up fast, did a u turn in 2 feet of water.

Rmt flashers, pink and green, or the like, with RMT pink and UV clear squids tip with a chartuese Berkley maggot. In about 15 - 20 feet range.

All action came in Rabbit Gulch further up, in the 30 to 15 foot depth.

First trip in years to Starvy, great recommendation.

Yeah the weather can come up fast at starvie. I usually can stay out until about 1 ish by the time the wind starts blowing me off. Thanks for the report.

Wanted to go to next week, I usually park my camper on the exposed rocks if the water is down enough. Did you notice if there were anyone camping there.

Thanks

Yes there was, if you mean the exposed rocks to the south of Rabbit Gulch, and yes to rocks to the North as well, but maybe by next week you'd be lucky.
