West and North fork of Duchesne Report

Fly fished both the West and North Forks of the Duchesne River today and it was very slow. The water is very clear and I was expecting to at least see a couple fish but I saw nothing. Has anyone else fished either of these stretches with similar results lately? I fished a hopper dropper on both and didn't get much of a response.
