I hit Hyrum last week from the bank with my fly rod and the action was fast and furious, but they were mostly just small planter rainbows. I had a fish or a hit on almost every cast, and I was fishing a leech pattern with a small nymph dropper. If the trout didn't get to it and the flies were able to get closer to the bottom I usually hooked up with a dinky perch, and I did catch one small bass as well. No monsters, but a fun hour and a half of fishing.
