This is a joke... right?? Everybody got the same post and all I have to do is send $499.00 for shipping and handling and the prize will arrive??
In the rare event that I have actually won something as nice as the rod and/or reel that was offered I will humbly express my sincere appreciation to Mr. and Mrs. Lienau for their generosity. I enjoy the posts on BFT and all the guys (and gals) that are so willing to share their knowledge with others. I have made many friends on BFT, most of them I have never met in person but I would be happy to spend a day on the water with any of them. Fish on. BLK [signature]

Didn't Vicki send you a PM already? Indeed you are the winner and there is of course no charge for shipping. Names from every board on BFT, that had members enter the contest, were put in for the drawing and just to be fair another company, with no affiliation to BFT, drew from the group of names submitted and you won fair and square. I did indeed get the PM from Vicki. She confirmed that I had won the rod/reel combo and asked only for my address so it can be sent.

Big thanks for all the congrats.
I have determined that I missed my 35 inch cat this year due to faulty equipment. My new Shimono Sedona 3000 reel and carbon fiber rod should solve that problem... unless there is a loose nut on the handle while it is in use. Gripy-- Bad idea to follow along behind me... we'd just get lines tangled up. Let's just go in the same boat. After my crew starts school I usually fish alone so I'd welcome the company. I might even let you make a couple of casts with my new Shimono Sedona C3000 reel and rod.[
