Lets see? The year before the dwr changed the regs. at Jordanelle 20" + Small Mouth bass was caught by many people I caught 31 in that year myself..

Now lets look one year after the change: or to date, I or have I heard or seen any bass caught from the Nell over 20" ..
Now if you like bass that are only up to 14" and very few over that then the dwr are doing a good job..
