i am looking to buy me a flasher, i am thinking about the Marcum LX-6 anyone have any luck or advise on those or should i get something different thanks

I have the 7 and love it. I also have the 3tc, but I like the 7 a lot more. It offers better target separation and I am able to see the details of my jig really well. Marcum is coming out with updated software, so if you get the 6, make sure you update the software once it comes out. Last I heard it was supposed to be this month.

I just got the LX 7 and have used it twice and I absolutely love it, I almost got the 6s but decided on the 7 because of screen size only (getting older and eyes don't work like they used too).

This sonar has totally changed the way I fish and increased my catch rate a crazy amount. I now wonder how I got along without it.

I love how you can customize the screen. I usually set up the flasher and bar graph simultaneously and will occasionally add the chart option too.

You CANNOT go wrong with the Marcum unit. It is awesome!

I just recently upgraded to the Marcum vx-1pro and I'm sure happy with it but I bet the LX-6 would be great.
