Rockport winter fees?

Dunn question I know. I can't find info on the parks site.
What are the day use fees to park at the boat ramp at Rockport this year for ice fishing?

I always buy the state parks pass, so I'm not sure. This link says $10 but I think its around $6 in the Winter. If no one answers, you could always call the park. Look at the link above for a phone number.
